Creamy Garlic Tuscan Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts (sliced horizontally)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and chopped)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Season & Sear Chicken
    Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
  2. Make Creamy Sauce
    In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce slightly thickens.
  3. Add Flavor & Finish
    Stir in sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and Italian seasoning. Cook until spinach wilts.
  4. Combine & Serve
    Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Simmer for another 2–3 minutes. Serve with pasta, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
