Ingredients:
- 2 large chicken breasts (sliced horizontally)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil, drained and chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
- Season & Sear Chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through (4–5 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. - Make Creamy Sauce
